All of the issues addressed here are facts, with a personal connection for each. There is adultery via social media, injury by bullet, digital manipulation, disorders with self acceptance, corrupt organised religion, pointless deaths in war, cancer, depression. Clearly everything is not ok. Being aware of these things is the positive side of this message.
